Our Team

Culture Marks is a small, women-led team of People + Talent advisors and recruiters. We build our own team the same way we help you build yours: with intention. Most of the teams we partner with are women-led, including minority-owned businesses.

Founded by Hannah Marks, a former startup operator at UrbanStems, Lyft, and Discord. Proud South Philadelphian, enthusiastic connector and lover of snacks (sweet and salty!).
